The overseas Employers or Licensed Foreign Employment Companies/Recruiting Agencies on behalf of the Employers, should send the following documents to the Licensed Recruiting Agent in Nepal who will apply to the Ministry of Labour Department, Nepal for Permission top recruit manpower through advertisement in newspapers and Labour Clearance before worker’s departure.
Authorizing the agent in Nepal M/s. Hope International (P) Ltd. License No.857/066/067, PO BOX. 8536, Kathmandu, Nepal to act on their behalf(duly Authenticated/Attested).
Listing Categories, numbers required and all the other terms and Conditions(duly Authenticated/Attested).
Between your Office and M/s. Hope International (P) Ltd. License No.857/066/067, PO BOX. 8536, Kathmandu, NepalSigned and Stamped by the Sponsor.
Mentioning wages and other benefits including Food, Accommodation and Transportation.Leave, Medical facilities, Insurance, Air passage, etc..
- Guarantee Letter.
The sponsor company has to ensure that they will not send the workers to other country for work from the host county within the contract period.

Note:KDN Approval in Malaysian Language, KDN Approval in English Language & Visa paid Slip should be attested from ministry of Foreign Affairs.We will appreciate if you could kindly prepare & forward the above-mentioned documents to our office address as follows.
Above all documents should be authenticated from Notary Public & Nepalese Embassy Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia on each and every page.
